For items which experience postal delays, and are subsequently lost, a refund or replacement will be provided after 4 weeks of no movement for domestic packages, 8 weeks for international packages. A case must also be opened with Etsy. For packages under $250 a refund may be available sooner.

These O-rings are micro tiny. You will need fine crafted jewelry tools to use them and possibly a magnifying glass to see them. O-rings this tiny in a fine gage are hard to find so I was really happy to receive them. They are perfect for what I need them for. Thank you!
