Postal Delay/Lost Item
For items which experience postal delays, and are subsequently lost, a refund or replacement will be provided after 4 weeks of no movement for domestic packages, 8 weeks for international packages. A case must also be opened with Etsy. For packages under $250 a refund may be available sooner.

these are very cute, but my only complaint is they they are better suited for bracelets, not necklaces. as a necklace, it’s hard to get the heart to remain upright, it keeps flipping upside down.
